dear doctor..ikeep getting sick with no reasons
lattly iwas feeling not good..ihad afever and astomachach with diarreah...but now ifeel better today iwas relaxing on the bed..suddnley ifelt numbness in my head on the left side with dizziness..so istand up and the numbness is gone..plzzz doctor can u tell me whats wrong

This is eue to dehydration due to Diorrhea wid electrolyte imbalance especially low potassium, u can check ur bp, pls take tender coconut water and electral solutions.keep ur self hydrated
