Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Pain In Genitals And Legs

I have been diagnosed with sciatica. I have an odd feeling down the back of one side of my buttocks, back of thigh, calk, ankle, right side of foot. I've also got some genital numbness on the right side only. I was on Cipro and am now not taking it. I've also noticed constipation and urinating just feels different. I was seen in the er and by my regular doc. The specialist cannot see my for ten days. So far treatment has been robaxin and motrin. Is this a medical emergency?
