Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Stiffness In Joints After Postpartum

I am 38 years old and 8 weeks postpartum with my 3rd child. I have never had any type of arthritis and am in good health but starting in my 8th month of pregnancy and still now 2 months after my childs birth, the joints in my fingers go stiff and are painful at night and lesser during the day. It is very difficult to bend them and care for my daughter at night. My knuckles are noticeably larger and my fingertips feel like they are going to pop. Also, my feet are stiff and sore especially in the morning. The symptoms seem to be getting worse. I am also breastfeeding exclusively if that matters. My OB said it was carpal tunnel but I have not experienced any numbness. Can you help?
