Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Tingling In Arm

I have been having tounge tigling and was told it might ne a vitamin B-12 deficiency. I was given a B-12 shot by my doctor and also taking 5000mcg of it daily with one asprin, as I was told to by my Doctor. It is now only 48hrs. or so after that appt. and now I am having numbness in my left arm and it feels as if it is falling asleep with a little tingling to it as well.
