Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Tingling In Arm

I have a floating spare rib very close to my left collar bone which has recently started causing lots of pain... There is grinding when i move my arm, I am getting numbness and tingling in my arm and neck. I am also getting lots of headaches. Do you have any advice please.
