Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Tingling In The Arms
my friend collapsed in extremely hot conditions,had vomited earlier in day. ℅ numbness and tingling both arms+ confusion+ aches/pains all over. He has had tingling and numbness on numerous occasions apparently prior to this and all investigations have drawn a blank. Went to ED where they did not give IV fluids-he thought they said he was dehydrated but because he is confused he is not sure! They were going to discharge him. BGL was 6.2 -don t know any other observations. Spoke with ED Dr after friend gave permission but he would not divulge any information. My friend ,after conversation elected to stay overnight for observation.

It may be severe dehydration. Re-hydration is required by giving IV fluid replacement. I do not see any other problem in your case. Observation for few hours is essential.
