Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Tingling On Face And Body

Hello, I have had a lump behind my left ear for 4 days (it has decreased in size everyday) but the pain is still the same. I also started experiencing a numbing/tingling sensation on the left side of my entire face/body.

Please advise.
