Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Tingling Sensation In Arm

Hi i broke my left arm when i was 10 and they put a pin in it and i have a lot of pain in it and it is numb at times and it feels like i have needles in it all the time. in the mornings i have to use my right hand to pick up my left arm what should i do.
