Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Arms

I am experiencing Numbness and Tingling in my left arm below the elbow and it has moved into my feet and is working its way up to my knees. I just got my blood work results back and it says everything is normal. My doctor wont do anything else. I have been having horrible migraines also. I just dont know where to go frim here. what do I do?
