Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Tremors In Hands

hello i am having numbness in my hands and slightly in my arms

when i wake up my hands are like assleep or numb? it as a daily thing and is quite uncomfortable. when i drive they go numb when i talk on th ephon ethey go numb. it seems like am constintly shaking my arms trying too get some blood flow going to my hands
