Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Twitching Of Arms

It might be helpful to give you some background because I have experienced some strange health problems since my return from my last deployment to Iraq, but I'll limit it for right now just to my most recent symptoms (not knowing if any of it all is related). O/a May 29th/30th, I began experiencing noticeable numbness in my left hand, mainly just my pinky and ring finger. Coupled with that was a twitching that was off and on ... the twitching was quite pronounced, but somewhat intermittent, and has since stopped. The numbness has not, and it has progressed to a tingling sensation. Also, this numb sensation appears to be spreading. It seems to be moving up the left arm, and just this morning I felt a slight sensation in my right big toe and in a small, localized spot in my left hamstring. What is this? Will I regain sensation in my left fingers?
