Suggest Treatment For Numbness In Arm And Tightness In Neck

Yes I have some questions about thoracic outlet syndrome. I have done some repetatiive lifting of clients at work, up in bed. I developed pain in my anterrior neck. At the time they felt I strained my scm muscle. With exercise it got better Then a period of months later I felt a little disoriented, and was seen in the er for ?anxiety. But my blood pressure was up, and I had lapses of memory. this resoloved. with a small prescription for ativan. Now my muscles in my neck and trapezius are very tight. I have numbness of my right arm off and on for last 6 mo. But I also hear my heartbeat in my right ear. If I have thoracic outlet syndrome is my blood flow affected if i at times feel sl. woozy then it goes away.I just started physical therapy to stretch my pecs and my scalene muscle.i am nurse and am worried this is all connected, and wonder if I need some vascular workup done sooner than later? Please advise, Sue.
