Suggest Treatment For Numbness In Bent Ankle After Injury

i playing basketball and then i bent my ankle and my friend tripped on it and i heard a loud pop my ankle went numb and i was in shock now my ankle is bent and it tilts to the left this is my right ankle now when i touch the bone i feel nothing what do u think i wrong with it
