Suggest Treatment For Numbness In Both Arms And Shoulders

I have had two episode of numbness of both arms and hands and in every episodes I was standing doing something then all if a sudden the numbness from both shoulders all the way down to my hands I could barely lift them. Then it goes away slowly. What is this?
