Suggest Treatment For Numbness In Fingers/feet/legs

i fell and all my body was asleep or numb. Some time later the body gradually became better. The arms and fingers are still numb. My feet and legs were also but they are better. Tell me please if there is something that I can take for it.. My x-rays did not show damage to the back. Thanks
