Suggest Treatment For Numbness In Left Arm And Leg

I am 42 y/o female having numbness on my left leg. It happens 5-10 minuntes after getting from bed in the morning. Numbness lasting about 2 minutes. I had 1 episode where the numbness travelled to my left arm, this lasted about 5 minutes. I called 911 and was hospitalized ovenight. My head CT and MRI came back negative as well as my carotid doppler. I had neurology consult, he can't explain to me why I am having numbness on my left arm and leg. My BP was 160/100 and blood sugar at 140's. I was discharged with aspirin, lisinopril 2.5 mg daily and metformin 500 mg twice a day. I have history of gestational diabetis, sciatica on my right buttock and back pain.
