Suggest Treatment For Numbness In Left Fingers

I have half numbness in my left fingers

and I have some test in my fingers

such as:Emg test,Ct scan my brain,EEG test

and all were normal.

Doctors and specialist couldn't find out what's cause

and treatment but as far as know When I have any sexual activities and I also when I masturbate it my numbness in my left

fingers gets worse.

I need to answer please I need your help.
