Suggest Treatment For Numbness In Leg Due To Blood Clot After Surgery

Hello Sir,
I am Tony Jacob, 30 years old, non diabetic. Last year, I underwent operation on my right leg for vericose veins. After the surgery, on the same day, blood clot was developed on the leg. Now, its been one and a half years, and since these period, my right leg which was operated on has become polio type. There is very less sensation. NCV test says that the sciatic nerve is damaged. Is there any treatment by which my sensation can come back. If not, then is there a possihbility exists that the foot might develope ulcers? If it happens, do my legs needs to be cut off? Please advice what should I do? apart from vericose veins, I was alright. There was no problem. Please guide. My email id is YYYY@YYYY . You may also reach me at 0000

It is difficult to imagine that your sciatic nerve got damaged due to thrombosis after varicose veins Surgery one year back. Now there are no chances of regeneration if the nerve.Due to loss of sensation it is likely to undergo trauma. So you should be extra cautious to avoid trauma . There will be no need of amputation.
