Suggest Treatment For Numbness In Leg Due To Slip Disc

i have slip disc (L5 S1) since last 6 years. it was fine for some time, now again appearing due to forward bending. There is some numbness in right leg/foot with not much pain in back. i can walk easily, but feel while sitting. I am taking rhus tox also taking mecobalamin 1500 mcg. doing light yoga exercises. is my treatment in the right direction?
