Suggest Treatment For Numbness In The Arms

I fell asleep with my arm leaning in the chair arm Sunday evening, and haven t been able to move my wrist since. My fingers are starting to work again, it grabbing and holding onto things, but no ability to hold up my hand still. Should I be seen or will this likely resolve in a few more days?

Hi
It is caused by nerve compression & it must be relieved on its own in some time. If it doesn't, then visit your GP. Thanks
