Suggest Treatment For Numbness In The Foot

I fractured my fibula about 5 months ago. It is completely fine now but since this happened my foot feels numb. My 2nd and 3rd toe specifically feel almost dead. I cant run at all and I still limp when i walk fast due to the pain in my toes. Is this a ligament issue? If so what could the potential healing times be?
