Suggest Treatment For Numbness In The Legs

hi my grandfather seems to have symptoms of a stroke, his left arm and left leg are both numb. we went to emergency rooms, doctors, he had a head scan recently and they can't seem to find the source of the problem. Can you please recommend who we should go to next or what to do?
