Good morning Doc, I have serious palpitaion and numbness of back of my head last night and also difficulties of breathing,I didnt have sleep because Im nervous, 10 years ago my cardio said dthat I have mitral bulb prolaps, what will I do? Im a domestic helper here in Hongkong adn Im LOrena 38 years old, please help and what can I buy medicine that I can buy over the counter, please help me.
