Suggest Treatment For Numbness On The Legs While Suffering From Compressed Nerves

Yes i just had a mri done and the results came back abnormal. There is what they said to be tehtered nervers compressed attached to my spinal cord that shouldn't be there. It was causin my legs to be numb tingling burning swollen and hurt bad all day long also cramp up.
