Suggest Treatment For Numbness Or Tingling Sensation At The End Of The Fingers

Numbness or tingling in end of fingers, peeling under finger nails, kind of hard. I thought it was allergic reaction to gel nail polish, went to doctor and gave antibiotics cephalexin, done with that... also gave me clotrimazole and betamethasone dipropionate cream , used a couple of times. Just wondering if it is going to take longer or if it is something else...
