Suggest Treatment For Nystagmus

My fiance has Nystagmus, and recently the movement of his eyes has started to bother him more than ever. Not so much the vision aspect, but he s been interviewing for a new career path, and he feels he might make the interviewer uncomfortable, and he s not getting the offers he should be. Sometimes, he even wonders if they think he s on some kind of drug. So, I m wondering is there anything that might help with the movement? Slow it down, or make it less obvious? Thank you so much for your help!
