Suggest Treatment For Obsessive–compulsive Disorder

treatment for mental illnes from 2009 onwards.three years before got deprssed.then started venla xr 75-1-0-2,lonacep.5. 0-0-1, zolfresh.10mg. felt better. but some negative thoughts . prescrebed oleanze2.5. but slowly depressed.from last two months prescribed s cetadep 20mg,after one month increased doze to 20mg. but now no any improvement. now the medication is as follows.... venla xr. 75...1-0-1, lonacep.5mg...1-0-2, s cetadep.20mg..1-0-1, olienze 2.5..0-0-1. doctor diagonised as ocd. but no such symptom in my wife . what can do for her to get better.age is 38yrs
