Suggest Treatment For Obstruction During Bowel Movement With Gastritis

I am a 51 year old 5’8”, 158 lbs widowed mother of 4 children, 2 who are in college. For the past 3 weeks I haven’t had a normal bowel movement. The stool is soft when it does come out. I’ve also had diarrhea. I’ve felt inside with a finger and it feels puffy in the rectum area. I’ve been able to push the puffiness out of the way to allow some stool to come out. I’m concerned I have an obstruction. I’ve had polyps removed in my mid 30s. I’ve also been diagnosed with gastritis, hemorrhoids and hiatal hernia. Doctors told me to avoid caffeine and alcohol and I was unable to over the years. My guts are making lots of weird gurgling noises. When I release gas I have to push. Something is obstructing and I feel its in the lower colon.

Hi
An obstruction in your rectum could be another polyp or any other rectal mass since a past history of polyp predisposes you to.I advice you visit a Proctologist to have your rectum examined.
Best regards
