Suggest Treatment For Occasional Chest Discomforts Post-Covid, Given My Elevated A1c And Triglyceride Levels

Dear Doc, I was tested positive for Covid in November 2020 and underwent treatment with favipiravir and medrol. I feel alright now except occasional chest discomforts (able to hold breath for 30-40 seconds). post covid A1c resulted 6.6% with triglycerides in 380 range. I did not go for re-test and have not received Covid vaccine as I am under 45 years. I am adhere to all possible safety measures. I want to know whether I should get tested again or any treatment required for chest discomforts.
