Suggest Treatment For Occasional Chest Pain While Taking Food Supplements

I occasionally get chest pain (on the left side) which lasts for around an hour and hurts the most when breathing deeply or laughing. On the occasion I also take a pre-workout supplement and this morning started experience a sharp pain which has lasted a few hours. Do I need to see a GP?

There can be few reason behind, not every pain on left side of chest is related with heart problem. Sometimes it is superficial musle pain and heartburn which mimic cardiac problem.
At any point of time it is always good to rule out heart issues, as you are undergoing workout it seems more of to be dealing with muscle but should you get an ECG done for yourself to clear any possibility of heart problem. As unstable angina cam cause same problems too.
