Hi

You seem to have developed a pigmented scar.
Such a scar can surely be improved by proper treatment .
Various lightening agents are available although kojic acid based agents are particularly useful.
Use a medicated sunscreen with spf more than 26 regularly before going out in the sun .
Apply it atleast thirty minutes before going out and re apply every three hourly .
See a nearby dermatologist and discuss the options of chemical peels and dermabrasion.
