Hi opacification of sphenoid airccell means it has undergone sclerosis.
Does not need any treatment. If you want to treat it , then it is FESS surgery.
Even mucosal thickening of maxillary sinus does not need any treatment as long as the sinus is well ventilated.
You can do neti pot for maxillary sinus to improve mucossl clearance.
