Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history you are having onychomycosis, my treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and trim nails regularly.
2. Apply an antifungal lotion like clotrimazole lotion twice daily on it.
3. Take fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4 weeks.
4. Other treatment options are oral itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
