Suggest Treatment For Osteoarthritis In Neck

hi i went for an mri scan on my lower lumber i already have osteo arthtris in me neck and wrists and fingers ,, but the dr wantd 2 rule out it in my spine as this is y i had the scan if it does show tht i have it there could i claim benefits or disablity? not sure wot rd to go dwn i do patr time work at min but and finding a strain on my bk as i clean and it involves alot of hoovering
