Suggest Treatment For Osteoarthritis In The Left Hip

I am having physical therapy for osteoarthritis in the left hip. I have been experiencing pain in my left hip area and was told by the orthopedic doctor that I need to strengthen this area. I also recently had an injection to help with the pain. Just wanted to find out a little more information on this treatment. Thanks.

According to the grade of osteoarthritis treatment plan decided. Physiotherapy beneficial and it can be continued. Moreover, I suggest you take Cartisafe D like joint protective tablet after discussion with your doctor. You can attach your reports to guide you further.
