Suggest Treatment For Osteoarthritis On Knees, Hip And Lower Back

I have had osteoarthritis for about 15 years. It is now concentrated in both knees, left hip, and lower back. Tylenol and Neurontin provide some relief (Neurontin for lower back and sciatica), but I am interested in whether medical marijuana might help on those days when the arthritis is truly debilitating. I do PT twice a week, exercise daily, weigh 116 lbs., and am 74 yrs. old. There are 3-4 days per week that are so bad I can hardly walk. YYYY@YYYY

Hello,

For pain management you may use cold and warm compression, analgesic like Naprosyn or Ibuprofen or indomethacin may useful. if not responded opioid analgesia may be tried.

But if symptoms not improved may go for a joint replacement with physical therapy.

Please consult your orthopedician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
