Suggest Treatment For Osteoarthritis, Spinal Stenosis And Pinched Nerve

Is laser spine surgery a better option than traditional spine surgery. The person has a diagnosis osteoarthritis, degeneration to the cervical, thoracic. lumbar and some sacral involvement. Other diagnosis spinal stenosis, concave discs, pinched nerve. Can you please advise. Thank you,

Traditional surgery will give better and long term results. LASER is a less invasive method but the chances for recurrence will be there.
