I have inopertable osteoarthritis and need medicine. I have had shots in my neck, I've taken oxycontin and neither have worked. I take Xanax to help me with my antianxiety and pain. my pcp has requested me to see a rumataligist. I am in the Kansas city north area. zip code 64151

you can take analgesic, calcium but mostimportant is physiotherapy. can have regular morning walk should try nto controll your anxiety. yoga and meditation may help you.
