Suggest Treatment For Osteoarthritis

Hi; I have just been informed by x-rays that I have osteiarthritis in my right heel/out side right ankle and new growth starting at the inside ankle of the right foot. My question ( i forgot to ask) could the heel spire cause the leg pain, or can I just say I have osteoarthritis other places in my body. my blood test have ruled out RA
