Suggest Treatment For Osteomyelitis

Hi, I suffer from cronic pain due to spinal damage from osteomyilitis. I am out of my pain meds and am having serious withdrawals as well as excruciating back pain. Is there emergency help available? my doctor will not prescribe me more this month because i ran out early due to theft. Naturally he hears this all the time and will not break the rules and i do understand, but i need help. my bp is 165/117/
