Suggest Treatment For Osteopenia

I am a 57 year old female.Have done partial hysterectomy 8 years back. My ovaries are retained.I had a hyperthyroid condition about 4 years back.Now am not on an thyroid medicine.My knee and my feet,give me a lot of pain.BMD shoed I suffer from osteopania.I have high blood pressure n hypertension and I take Covance AT 50 mg and Amlong H 5 mg.I am 5.6 in height,and my weight is 73 kgs.
