Suggest Treatment For Outward Bending Of Femur Bone

Hello sir, I am having problem related to uppermost portion of right femur bone, below the waist. The thing is that the right portion below my waist has risen outward, through my search it is the femur bone and that has happened because of my bad habit of resting whole body weight on right leg during standing. I had noticed this problem in many women. But because of this the shape of my hip has gone bad. When I stand straight the right portion rises as compare to left portion below the waist, and so right hip also seems to be risen then left hip. Can you please guide me any exercise or any treatment for this?
