Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cyst Along With Dilated Fallopian Tube

I had a hysterectomy 4 yrs ago. I recently had an MRI of pelvic with contrast and the report said I had several small cyst on my right ovary and my right fallopian was dilated. I had test done due to pain, nausea and bowel problems. I currently do not have a GYN. Is this something that needs immediate attention? My PCP could not answer my questions about the dilated fallopian tube.

Hi,thanks for writing..
This could be due to infection.. Dilated tubes or hydrosalphinx require treatment but it is not an emergency.. It would be better to getr this tube removed when possible. as long standing hydrosalphinx can become cancerous on long run.. Usually these days along with uterus tubes will be removed.. So it would be better to get a salpingectomy done at convienience.. No emergency.. Hope I have answered your query.. Good day..
