Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cyst

Hello,

My wife has an endometrioma or ovarian cyst that is 15 cm.
She had some pain come on some time after taking a Lupron shot. Sometimes she was in bed. Then it cleared up for a bit. More recently, she has had a little pain return. Then day before yesterday we went on a walk to the mall nearby. Things started hurting and she was taking it pretty slow and easy. She said it felt like the cyst was moving up and down some of the time. Now she is feeling better again.

She would be facing significant flights with lots of sitting. Then she may be on some bumpy roads over there. And so on. I have little or no confidence in medical facilities over there. We would appreciate your input as to whether such a trip would be an acceptable or unwise move.
