Hello doctor. I am 24 yrs and married for 2 1/2 yrs. We are planning for a baby. I hve irregular periods and recently cme to know tht i hve a small cyst on my left overy. I am putting on weight because of tht. Please help me how can i reduce my weight at home and get rid of this problem.
