Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cyst

I am 38 years old lady and I am having a cyst in my right ovary. I had been operated and removed uterous four years back but right ovary was not removed. I had MTB also and taken treatment for 9 months also. But now again I am having the same problem. I had TB tested and it was negative but I do not feel well. There is always pain in my right ovary and my hair are falling and getting bald. I want to know what is happening? Is there again any symptoms of TB?
