Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cyst

I'm 41, I've very light period last month & this month I've spotting for 10 days 4 days before the date after that I've very heavy periods for four days and spotting for 4 days. In abd ultrasound I diagnose fibroid seedling in uterus v~8.1 mm in size, & right ovarian cyst (infected) of 5.4 cm in diameter. It shows internal debris & septations. My doctor prescribed medicine for infection i.e. SERADIC with salts (serratiopeptidase 10mg & diclofenac Potassium B.P. 50 mg) &ZIFI-LBX+200 (Cefixime,Dicloxacillin (MR) & Lactic Acid Bacillus Tablets for 15 days after that she suggests reultrasound. If thec yst will decrease than it's o.k. otherwise she told that I've to remove the ovary as well as uterus. Pl. guide me in right direction.
