Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cyst

hi,i am 25 years old.last year 2 or 3 times my periods was not done.after that i take a doctor advice.she prescribed me for ultrasonography.after the report Dr told me there is some cyst problem.she gave me some medicine for 6 month & told me this is not a big problem. if i take this medicine this problem will be solve very soon.pleas suggest me for my satisfaction cyst problem is serious problem for my future or not? if i take the medicine this will be solve or not?
