Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cysts

last period on 4th july ,2014. no pill taken.single mother.after consult general physician on 19th sep 2014,prescribed cal-a & iron tablet. after taking tablets on 20th sep 2014, dotted bledding. now consult with gynocologist advised to usg. doing that the result is fatty liver grade 1, policyst both overy. advise to take the deviry 10mg twice a daily 5 days & wanted to wash the cyst.took 3 tablets but not bleeding .now what to do?

HI,
I understand your concern.
You seem to have delayed period due to PCOD.. The gynecologist has advised tablet Deviery 10mg twice a day for 5 days .. you have taken 3 tablets & are expecting for bleeding..
In such cases hormonal pills like Deviery are given in a loading dose ( 10mg twice a day ) & withdrawal bleeding is expected after completion of the course.
* Please continue the deviery pills for continuously 5 days & then stop .You will get bleeding after 8 days of stopping the pills.
You visit your gynecologist after you start bleeding @nd to 4th day.. for further management of PCOD.
