Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Pain

three years ago i had my uterus out and just in the last two months i have had a discharge that is greenish and cottage form and pain in my ovarian area i am not been seually active for five years and i have been trying to get in to see my obgyn doc but no one ever calls me back can you help
